4 Tbs. soy sauce
1 large clove garlic
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
Pinch cayenne
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper or to taste
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp. grated orange zest
2 Tbs. olive oil
1-3/4 lb. boneless rib-eye steak, about 1-1/2 to 2-inches thick and cut into 1-1/2- to 2-inch cubes
Sprigs of fresh cilantro or mint and plain yogurt (optional)
