1 medium Spanish onion, quartered
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound tomatillos, husked and quartered
2-4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
12 corn tortillas
Oil, for frying
Salsa, cilantro, diced onions, and sour cream for garnishing
