-  1 teaspoon chili powder
-  1 teaspoon salt
-  1/2 teaspoon pepper
-  8 corn tortillas
-  2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
-  2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
-  Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
