¾ cup low sodium beef broth
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine or mirin
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1-1 ¼ lbs beef steak cut in thin bite size pieces
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion cut in half moon slices
2 ribs celery chopped
2 large carrots chopped
8 ounces cremini mushrooms or white button mushrooms sliced
1 1/2 cups snow peas
2 cloves garlic minced
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
