INGREDIENTS
1 can (10.5 oz.) Campbell’s condensed Cheddar Cheese soup, NOT diluted ((I used Campbell's Healthy Request))
1.25 cups milk (half of a soup can)
1 cup taco sauce (or substitute with enchilada sauce)
1 lb. ground beef ((I used 96% lean, but any type will work))
½ cup chopped onion ((I used frozen pre-diced onion for a shortcut))
¼ cup corn ((I used canned, but you can also use frozen corn kernels or fresh corn))
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided ((I used reduced fat, but any variety will work))
6 (8-inch burrito size) flour tortillas
2 green onions (thinly sliced)
