INGREDIENTS
3-1/8 cups all purpose flour
6 oz. butter (1.5 sticks)
1.5 teaspoons salt
2 small eggs
1/2 cup ice cold water
1.5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
For the beef mixture:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion
2 cloves garlic
2-3 chipotles in adobo
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1-2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
freshly cracked black pepper
splash of water
