1 ½ lbs. flank steak, (sliced into thin 1-inch pieces)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Kosher salt and black pepper, (to taste)
1/2 cup light soy sauce ((can use Tamari for gluten-free))
3 tablespoons honey
6 cloves garlic, (minced)
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 yellow onion, (chopped)
6 cups broccoli florets
Sesame seeds, (red pepper flakes, and sliced scallions, for garnish)
