6 Tablespoons beef broth ((low sodium is best))
7 Tablespoons oyster sauce
6-7 Tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes ((optional))
1 pound flank steak (sliced thinly across the grain)
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil (divided use)
3 - 4 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1/3 cup water
sliced green onions ((for garnish))
sesame seeds ((for garnish))
