8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 shredded parmesan
3 Tbsp. minced green onions (green & white)
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. hot sauce
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste
