1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes

2 cups shredded pork shoulder

1 14.5 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 14.5 ounce can cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
