INGREDIENTS

1 cup all purpose flour

cup pretzels, crushed (which equals 1 cup once crushed)
•
2 teaspoons baking soda
•
1/2 cup onion or green onions, chopped
•
3 eggs, slightly beaten
•
1 cup bbq sauce, plus more for dipping
•
4 Tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
•
1 lb. chicken, precooked & shredded (I use a rotisserie chicken)
•
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
•
oil, for frying
