1 pound pasteurized cheese (Velveeta)
•
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
•
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
•
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
•
1 tomato, diced
•
1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
•
1/2 red onion, finely diced
•
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
•
2 green onions, chopped (for topping)
