4 c warm water
6 c (about 24oz – 1.5lb – or 68g) Better Batter Gluten Free Flour
1/2 c light corn syrup or agave nectar
1/4 c butter
2 tsp salt
Flour, for rolling
Beaten egg whites (about 3)
10 c cold water
2/3 c baking soda
coarse pretzel salt, if desired.
