INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 small brioche rolls
2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk, lukewarm
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
2 eggs, room temperature
6 TBS unsalted butter, room temperature
1 egg, lightly beaten with 2 teaspoons water
