Ingredients: Makes 6 small brioche rolls; 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting; 2 tablespoons sugar; 1/8 teaspoon salt; 1/3 cup milk, lukewarm; 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast; 2 eggs, room temperature; 6 TBS unsalted butter, room temperature; 1 egg, lightly beaten with 2 teaspoons water
