1/4 cup barbecue sauce (I use this but you can use whichever is your favourite.)

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons hot sauce or enchilada sauce

2-3 quarter-inch thick, half moon slices of onions
•
mixed salad greens
