BAPTIST RUM CAKE
INGREDIENTS

6-8 pecans, divided into halves
•
18 ounce package of yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
•
1/2 cup rum, light or dark (I use Coconut Rum)
•
1/2 cup cold water
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil
•
4 eggs
•
HOT RUM GLAZE
•
1 cup sugar
•
1 stick butter or margarine
•
1/4 cup rum
•
1/4 cup cold water
