2/3 cup hot water

1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup Betty Crocker® Potato Buds® mashed potatoes (dry)
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired
1/2 lb ground pork sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon dry brown gravy mix (from 0.75-oz package)
1/3 cup water
2 boxes Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 egg, beaten
