- 1 1/4 cups AP Flour

- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

- 1 egg replacer

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium or 3 small)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 to 1 cup of non-dairy chocolate chips
•
- 2 heaping spoonfuls of peanut butter (you can put more if you’d like, this just gives it a hint of PB)
