3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup light vanilla soy milk

1 TBSP. baking powder
•
1 tsp. pure vanilla
•
1 TBSP ground flax seed
•
2 TBSP honey
•
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (you could leave these out entirely and the muffin would still be good, but seriously.....ok, moving along.....)
