1 cup half and half
•
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut divided

2/3 cup granulated sugar divided

1/4 teaspoon salt
•
5 egg yolks
•
1/4 cup cornstarch
•
2 tablespoons butter cut into 4 pieces
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1 teaspoon coconut extract
•
3 large bananas, sliced

Coconut Whipped Cream
•
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled
•
2 tablespoons sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
