3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup sour cream (or buttermilk)

Cream the bananas and sugars together until smooth and fluffy, then add the rest of the wet ingredients and beat until well mixed.
