3-4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (find a lower sugar variety)

1 cup grape/cherry tomatoes

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 fresh squeezed lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper
