3 1/4 Cups unbleached all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

For the Filling

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

4 Tablespoons granulated sugar
•
1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 1/2 Cups finely chopped pecans (or walnuts)

For the Syrup
•
3/4 cups pure orange juice
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1/2 cup honey
•
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
