2 cups honey
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 teaspoon cinnamon
14 philly (filo or fillo) pastry sheets
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups toasted and/or roasted nuts* chopped fine
