INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp butter cold
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled)
3 tbsp oil
1 egg ( room temperature)
1 egg yolk ( room temperature)
3 tbsp lemon juice
zest of 1 large lemon
1 cup buttermilk* ( room temperature)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for dusting
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (washed and dried)
