INGREDIENTS
2-3 Ripe Bananas 
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil (You can substitute melted coconut oil) 
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of Milk  
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 
1 1/2 Cup of All Purpose Flour 
Salt to Taste
1/3 Cup of Sugar 
2/3 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of All Purpose Flour 
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil (you can substitute butter, but it won’t be vegan)
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon 
Optional: 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans 
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar 
1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter (you can substitute regular butter, however it won’t be vegan) 
1/2 Tablespoon Dairy Free Milk (you can use regular milk, however it won’t be vegan)
1/4 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
