For the Tahini Sauce:

2/3 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
•
1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1/2 cup of water
•
1 cup fresh chopped parsley (you can also use any other herb, like cilantro o basil)
