3/4 cup buttermilk {or substitute 3/4 cup milk with 3/4 tablespoon vinegar}
•
2 eggs, beaten {for an extra healthy donut use 1 tablespoon ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons water for each egg}
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 tablespoon melted butter
•
1 cup confectioners' sugar
•
2 tablespoons milk
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
Melted butter or butter-flavored non-stick spray
•
