2 oz softened cream cheese ((cut into 6-8 cubes))
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp black pepper
spray oil ((avocado, olive, etc...))
