Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"Made with fresh spinach, cream cheese and three other kinds of cheeses, you can bake this in the oven or warm it in the crockpot...."

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (divided)
3 tsp minced garlic
5 cups fresh spinach (long stems removed and roughly chopped)
2 Tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
14.5 oz. jar artichokes (packed in water, drained and chopped)
1/3 cup full-fat sour cream
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
¾ cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
