INGREDIENTS

1 c flour (I used white whole wheat flour because I had it on hand, but you can use all-purpose white if you prefer)

1 t baking powder

¼ t baking soda
•
½ t salt
•
1/3 c sugar
•
1-1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
•
2 T cold unsalted butter
•
¼ c skim milk
•
¼ c nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
•
1 egg
•
2 T powdered sugar
