INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tbs. garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz.) marinara or pasta sauce of your choice
1(6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cup water
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 Tbs. sugar
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked according to package direction less 1 minute (al dente)
2 Tbs. butter
16 oz. ricotta (can use cottage cheese)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
