1 tablespoon minced garlic, ((about 4 cloves garlic))
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
hot sauce, (to taste, optional)
salt, (to taste)
fresh ground black pepper, (to taste)
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, (divided)
