Baked Pumpkin Donuts

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup packed brown sugar ((you can use light or dark brown sugar))
2 large eggs (at room temperature)
1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree
⅓ cup milk ((I used whole milk))
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, (melted)
