Baked Potato Wedges - Extra Crispy!

INGREDIENTS
4 Russet potatoes (mine were 3.3 lbs total.)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon sea salt (don’t combine with seasoning mix, see instructions)
1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1.5 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne (optional)
