4 Large Baked potatoes. Do NOT microwave

6 Slices of bacon fried crisp saving drippings

2/3 cup Flour
•
1 Cup Diced yellow onion

6 cups Hot chicken broth
•
2 Cups Heavy cream

1/4 Cup Chopped parsley,

1 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
•
1 1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
•
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1 1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper or Tabasco
•
1 1/2 Teaspoon Coarse black pepper
•
1 Cup Grated cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for topping)

1/4 cup Chopped green onions, white part only. Reserve green for topping
