25 grams pork rinds (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded (omit for dairy-free or use nutritional yeast))
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1/8 teaspoon salt (omit if pork rinds are salty)
2 egg whites (or gelatin and water for egg-free)
4 chicken breasts (about 4 oz each, skinless and boneless)
