INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour*
2 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup homogenized milk
3 cups peaches, frozen, thawed and drained
1/4 cup Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
6 tablespoons butter
1 egg
Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
