Baked Orange Chicken | The Recipe Critic

"My collection of recipes just wouldn't be complete without it. I wanted the orange flavor to pull through and taste just like it would at a restaurant...."

INGREDIENTS
3-4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
Salt and pepper to taste
1½ cup cornstarch
3 eggs (beaten)
¼ cup canola oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons sriracha
3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Apple Cider VInegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon Grated Orange Peel
1 teaspoon cornstarch
