INGREDIENTS
For the Streusel:
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cups salted butter, sliced (1 stick)
4 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Casserole:
12 cups cubed, hearty bread (I use hearty wheat)
8 large eggs
3 cups whole milk
½ cup white sugar
½ tsp salt
4 tsp good vanilla extract
Pure maple syrup for serving
