baked chocolate donut turkeys

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE DONUTS WITH CHOCOLATE GLAZE

Wilton® non-stick mega donut pan
•
1 cup flour
•
1/4 cup cocoa powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1/2 cup milk
•
1 egg
•
2 tablespoons butter, melted
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract (optional)
•
for the chocolate glaze:
•
1 cup confectioner's sugar
•
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
•
TO MAKE THE TURKEYS:

baked chocolate donuts, cooled (see below for recipe)
•

Wilton® 12-inchdisposable decorating bag
•
4 to 5 pieces cooked bacon, cooled
•
