Baked Avocado Fries (Paleo, AIP, Vegan)

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 avocado, barely ripe
1/4 cup arrowroot starch
1/3 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (omit for AIP)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Juice of half a lime juice
 1/3 cup compliant mayo (use this for AIP)
2 tsp cilantro, chopped
Juice of half a lime juice
