1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Apple, cut into a 1/8-inch dice (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup Oil for frying
Cinnamon and Sugar for dusting
