1 1/2 bottles of dark Mexican beer (I like Dos Equis Amber)

Sauce:
•
1/3 cup mayonnaise
•
1/3 cup sour cream
•
Sriracha sauce to taste
•
Fish Tacos:
•
Canola oil
•
2 pounds of halibut or cod (or even shrimp!) cut into ½ inch strips
•
Flour or corn tortillas
•
2 cups shredded cabbage
•
½ chopped red onion
•
Cilantro for garnish
•
Quartered limes
