1 cup of the roasted pumpkin puree (you can substitute canned)
1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream
2 medium eggs
pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups whipping cream
4 tbsp icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur
pinch ground cloves
