Filling:

2 1/4 lbs of cream cheese, softened (I used some 1/3 less fat packages)
•
1 2/3 cups sugar
•
5 eggs, at room temperature
•
1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
•
1/2 cup heavy cream
•
1 tbsp vanilla
•
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
