What you'll need:

For the marinade:

juice of 1 lemon (2 - 3 tablespoons)

1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

2 cloves crushed garlic
•
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
•
1 tablespoon freshly crushed peppercorns
•
1 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:
•
16 tablespoons soft unripened goat cheese (plain & unflavored)
•
16 pieces flame-roasted red pepper
•
16 3" pieces of green onion
