⅓ cup white sugar

4 eggs

16 ounces of 2% cottage cheese

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
•
2-3 jalapeno peppers
•
1/2 an onion (about 1/3 of a cup chopped)

1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
•
8-9 strips of thick cut bacon
