6 Roma tomatoes (sliced about 1/4 inch thick)

1/4 cup Basil minced
•
1/4 cup E V Olive Oil
•
1 clove of garlic (minced)
•
1 small red onion (minced)
•
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
2 teaspoon ground black pepper
•
2 teaspoon red flake peppers
