1 Pound Bacon, Thick Cut, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces, Fried until cisp BUT Reserve the Bacon Grease

1 Bag Ramon Noodles (your favorite flavor)

2 TBS Butter
•
1/4 Cup Sugar
•
2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
•
1 TBS Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
•
1 TBS Olive Oil
•
1 TBS Black pepper
•
1 tsp Salt
•
1 Medium Onion, Diced
•
6 Green Onions, Chopped (White and green parts)
•
3 Stalks Celery, Small Dice
•
1 Medium Carrot, shredded
•
2 Pounds Brussels Sprouts, Shaved into thin ribbons (Use a mandalen). Just the tender green parts, not the hard base)
